The Annual Pre-Lenten Clergy Retreat is Schedule for 9:00am on Tuesday 14th to 1:00pm on Thursday 16th February, 2023 the retreat will be virtual. Please put the date in your Diary. The Theme for the retreat is:
Called To Serve #BeingAChurchOfHope.
I am asking you to kindly celebrate of the Holy Eucharist each morning before we begin at 9:00am with Morning Prayer.
The Retreat Conductor is an Anglican Priest from the Anglican Church of Kenya: The REV’D CANON DR. FRANCIS OMONDI OTIENO- B.Ed. (Arts) Business Studies & Economics, Kenyatta University; Certificate in Missions WEA, Mission Commission Programme (PGC), Jos, Nigeria; Post Graduate Certificate, Islamic Studies, The Centre for Islamic Sciences and Civilization (IISIC), London, England; MA Theology and PhD Theology – South Africa Theological Seminary. He is Founder (1988) and International Director of Sheepfold Ministries, Kenyan (indigenous) Missions Society, reaching the unreached communities in the Horn of Africa and East Africa. Currently the mission has 86 Staff, and it has been at the forefront in taking the Gospel of Christ to Muslim populations living in Northern Kenya, especially the Somali Community. The ministry has since seen tremendous growth with its mission reaching the unreached communities in the Horn of Africa, Northern Kenya, Southern Tanzania and Northern Mozambique. He is a member of the ANGLICAN COMMUNION INTERFAITH COMMISSION.
