Good Shepherd Sunday
As we prepare to celebrate Good Shepherd Sunday I share with you the sermon I preached on Wednesday in Holy Week during the liturgy of the Renewal of Vows and Blessing of Oils – view here.
I remind you that the focus on this Sunday is Vocations particularly to the ordained ministry. I invite you to pray for vocations to the Priesthood – see the attached.
The Province has asked each diocese to focus on Codrington College and take a special collection for the work of the College.
Four students from Codrington College are expected to be in St. Vincent and the Grenadines for this weekend one in the Cathedral Parish, One in the Parish of the Holy Trinity, one in the Parish of St. James and one in the Parish of St. Patrick. They hope to visit schools on Monday to speak on Vocations and about the College as well.
Previously I had recommended an exchange of Pulpits.
